We are searching for a visionary educator to join BDDEC as the Regional Inclusive Schooling Coordinator. This position focuses on implementing inclusive practices across schools, supporting students of diverse abilities and backgrounds. You will collaborate with educators, families, and community partners to foster culturally responsive education and advance indigenization.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with school staff and stakeholders on inclusive programming
• Mentor teams to implement best practices for diverse learners




• Model evidence-based strategies in social-emotional learning
• Liaise with external organizations for coordinated student services
• Deliver professional development on inclusive education practices

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Education
• Eligible for Northwest Territories Teaching Certificate
• 5+ years teaching experience in inclusive settings
• Knowledge of diverse learning needs and IEPs
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
