Join Camino Wellbeing + Mental Health as a Child and Family Therapist. This full time position focuses on holistic, community-driven support for children and families in Cambridge.

As a vital member of the clinical team, you will offer therapeutic interventions grounded in trauma-informed care. Your expertise will be instrumental in guiding families towards healing by providing individual and group therapy sessions. You’ll also coordinate services with caregivers and other providers to ensure comprehensive support.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide direct therapy to children and families in need
• Assess clients and develop tailored treatment plans
• Facilitate group therapy that promotes healing




• Communicate effectively with families about client needs
• Offer crisis intervention and safety planning

Requirements:
• Master’s degree in counseling or social work
• Fully registered with a recognized college
• Relevant clinical experience delivering therapy
• Proven organizational skills in challenging environments
• Familiarity with trauma-informed practices preferred
