Webber is seeking an experienced Seasonal Equipment Operator to join our team in Ontario. Under the guidance of the Project Engineer, you will be responsible for keeping highway surfaces, signs, and guardrails in optimal condition. Key skills include vehicle operation, effective communication, and safety awareness, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and repair highway surfaces and signs
• Operate vehicles for roadway maintenance
• Manage snow and ice removal as needed




• Set up and remove traffic control measures
• Transport crew and equipment to work sites

Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum three years in construction or road maintenance
• Valid Ontario Class DZ driver’s license
• Experience with safety protocols and traffic control
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted
