In this role, you’ll collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure effective management of LTIP programs. Your duties will include preparing and validating administrative files, preparing quarterly Board materials, and conducting detailed analysis of compensation data. Your insights will directly influence business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage LTIP administration and support inquiries
• Conduct audits and reconciliations for data accuracy
• Assist in compensation-related reporting for executives
• Develop and maintain dashboards in Power BI
• Ensure compliance with compensation regulations

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 2 years in compensation or data analytics
• Proficient in Excel and Power BI reporting
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Excellent communication and professionalism
