In this compelling role, the Land Based Counsellor will work closely with a diverse group of participants, implementing a treatment-focused outdoor program. You will guide experiential learning and ensure safety while teaching wilderness skills and cultural elements. Effective collaboration with the Land Based Team Leader is essential to develop client-centered treatment plans and assist participants in transitioning to aftercare.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
• Diploma in human services or outdoor leadership
