About the Role: The Senior Project Manager will play a key role in overseeing and delivering complex IT and IoT projects that align with business objectives, ensuring projects are executed efficiently, within budget, and on time. This role requires advanced project management expertise, strong leadership, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while fostering collaboration across cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will drive high-quality project delivery while optimizing processes and addressing challenges proactively.
What You’ll Do: Project Management Lead and oversee multiple IT and IoT projects simultaneously from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure efficient execution.
Identify and manage project risks, developing mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, IT security standards, and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
Assist in providing training and guidance to new project coordinators and project managers to ensure successful onboarding and development.




Leverage tools such as Asana to track and monitor project progress effectively.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize initiatives, and align technology projects with business goals.
Deliver transparent, well-organized updates and presentations to stakeholders, ensuring transparency on project progress and challenges.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, external vendors, and senior executives to facilitate smooth project execution.
Vendor & Resource Coordination Collaborate with vendors, manage relationships, and monitor compliance with agreements.
Oversee resource allocation across project teams, ensuring the right resources are available to meet project demands.
Process Improvement & Optimization Assist in developing and implementing governance processes to ensure effective project management and oversight.
Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance project delivery efficiency.
Implement and enforce project management methodologies, tools, and best practices to improve overall project success
