Be a Kinesiologist Coordinator in the Program for Active Living at The Village of Glendale Crossing, focusing on resident well-being and innovative exercise solutions. This full-time position is on-site and offers valuable growth opportunities.

In this role, you will design and implement progressive exercise programs, ensuring residents engage in both cognitive and physical activities. You will collaborate with healthcare professionals and staff to meet the diverse needs of residents. Your leadership will extend to managing Co-Op students, volunteers, and conducting necessary educational workshops.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop creative cognitive and physical exercise sessions
• Work with therapists to align resident goals
• Provide mentorship to students and volunteers




• Lead educational workshops on safe lifting techniques
• Conduct resident assessments to enhance safety

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology with exercise focus
• Registration with the College of Kinesiologists is beneficial
• Experience working with seniors or in relevant sectors
• Knowledge of industry policies and standards
• Caring and respectful approach in all interactions
