Join a team building a CRM and AI operating system for wealth management focused on becoming the single source of truth for client financial data. This role owns the integration roadmap across custodians, back-office platforms, aggregators, exchanges, carriers, and enterprise data lakes while defining schemas, mappings, and data acquisition methods. The position supports high-impact integration pilots and partner evaluations where many source systems are undocumented or inconsistent. The environment combines product ownership, data integration strategy, and hands-on collaboration with Engineering.

Permanent, Vancouver, Working Hours: PST

Must Haves

3–6 years driving B2B SaaS or financial services integrations as a product manager, integration analyst, or solutions consultant

End-to-end delivery of external partner integrations including data evaluation, acquisition planning, and production rollout

Fluency with APIs , SFTP feeds , schemas, mapping, normalization, reconciliation, and authentication

Experience reading partner specifications and collaborating directly with Engineering teams

Nice to Have

Familiarity with Canadian investment or insurance data movement across custodians, back-office and wealth platforms, carriers, and MGAs

Exposure to NBIN, Fidelity Clearing Canada, Croesus, Univeris, Dataphile, NDEX, Fundserv, APEXA, iPipeline/WealthServ, Wealthica,

Responsibilities

Own the roadmap for integrating wealth and insurance data into the platform

Build integrations into enterprise customer data lakes and standardize repeatable integration patterns

Define canonical schemas and map source data into standardized account, holdings, transaction, and policy structures

Select acquisition methods including API, SFTP, batch file, automated capture, and upload workflows

Manage data quality, reconciliation, record matching, feed freshness, and integration security considerations

Run pilot programs for new data sources and evaluate scalability for production implementation

Work with advisors, head offices, leadership, and Engineering to define requirements and deliver integration-enabled product capabilities
