YOUR NEXT CHALLENGE:
Reporting to the Manager, Talent Management & DEI, the Talent Management & DEI Student provides administrative and operational support to the Talent Management and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) teams. The incumbent assists in the coordination and execution of key talent and DEI programs and processes, including succession planning, the Dr. Leanne Baker Scholarship and Development Program, learning and development initiatives, and other talent management activities. The role also supports special projects and departmental priorities as assigned.

Provide administrative and operational support to the Talent Management and DEI teams, assisting with annual HR processes, programs, and ad hoc requests.

Support the administration of the Dr. Leanne Baker Scholarship Program, including scheduling, communications, reporting, data updates, event logistics and preparing application materials.

Coordinate the rollout and enrollment of learning and development initiatives, including e-learning modules and instructor-led training programs.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including HR teams, Information Technology, and Communications, to support the execution of key projects and initiatives.





Prepare and distribute training certificates to eligible participants and maintain accurate training records and progress tracking.

Develop presentations, reports, and other supporting materials as required.

Conduct research and gather information to support talent management, DEI, and learning initiatives.

Participate in special projects and perform other related duties as assigned.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

Post-secondary degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Exceptional attention to detail with a strong commitment to accuracy and quality.

Ability to communicate effectively, professionally, and with a high degree of confidentiality.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, organize, and interpret large volumes of data.

Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Highly organized, with strong attention to planning and follow-through.

Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional service and support.

Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and recommend practical solutions.

Compensation Statement
In accordance with applicable legislation, the expected compensation includes base salary and potential bonus opportunity. Your individual pay will reflect your skills and experience while remaining competitive within the local market.
