In this rewarding role, you'll plan, implement, and assess diverse programs for our residents while ensuring safety and well-being. You'll work closely with our team to facilitate engaging experiences that cater to both well and cognitively impaired individuals. Strong communication skills are crucial as you will report findings and updates to supervisors and nursing staff.

Key Responsibilities:
• Create and implement resident activation programs
• Clean and set up activity spaces
• Observe and report resident conditions accurately
• Keep program records in line with policy
• Collaborate with departments for comprehensive care

Requirements:
• Degree in recreation or related fields
• Proven documentation and communication skills
• Background in program evaluation and planning
• Independent worker with effective time management
• Experience with the geriatric population
