GrizzlyTrek Group is seeking an experienced Grader Operator for a full-time position at Mildred Lake, Alberta. Join a dedicated team with a focus on protected, effective road maintenance in the oil sands region.

This rotational role offers a 14 days on, 14 days off schedule, paying between $29.00 to $40.00 per hour, based on verified seat time. You will work exclusively on a motor grader, ensuring that all roads remain in excellent condition. Responsibilities include maintaining haul roads and preparing construction access areas while adhering to safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate a motor grader on diverse road types
• Maintain road surfaces for optimal drainage
• Execute snow removal and sanding operations




• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Follow radio protocols and participate in safety talks

Requirements:
• Proven motor grader experience, preferably in oil sands
• Valid Class 5 licence and reliable transport
• Certification in CSTS-2020, H2S Alive, and First Aid
• Willingness to work a rotational schedule in a camp setting
• Pass drug and alcohol tests
