In this position, you will care for residents while providing leadership to care staff in their responsibilities. Reporting to the Director of Community Services, you’ll contribute to a team-based approach that centers on resident and family needs. Key Responsibilities:
• Implement tailored nursing care for residents
• Guide care staff in resident interactions
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team
• Address resident and family concerns
• Ensure application of the nursing process

Requirements:
• Completed a recognized Practical Nurse program
• Active membership with the British Columbia College of Nurses
• CPR and First Aid certification required
• Robust verbal and written communication skills
• Capable of fulfilling physical nursing duties
