MAC is seeking a dedicated educator for middle and high school students. Help students thrive academically and personally through effective instruction and strong mentorship.

This role involves delivering comprehensive curriculum to students from Kindergarten to Grade 12 at MAC. You will create engaging lesson plans and foster a positive environment that promotes essential educational and life skills. Building strong relationships with students and their families is crucial to the role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop students’ understanding in various subjects
• Implement inclusive strategies for diverse learners
• Maintain high standards of communication
• Mentor new educators and share expertise
• Actively engage in extracurricular activities

Requirements:
• Bachelor of Education or higher
• 1-2 years’ experience in a teaching role
• Valid provincial teaching certification
• Robust interpersonal and instructional skills
• Commitment to school mission and vision
