Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of applications using enterprise Java technology
- Work within and across Agile teams to design, develop, test, implement and support technical solutions across a full-stack of development tools and technologies
- Continuously improve software engineering practices
- Mentor and elevate junior engineers within the business
Must-Have:
- 3+ years of experience using Java
Nice to have:
- Experience with AWS
- Experience working in an Agile workplace
- Experience working within Banking, Financial Services, FinTech or technology
