In this role, you will report directly to the Operations Manager and be responsible for overseeing the dispatching of propane deliveries to customers, ensuring smooth operations. Key tasks include managing delivery demand, preparing delivery tickets, generating performance reports, and troubleshooting delivery systems. This opportunity requires exceptional communication and organization skills to effectively handle customer service inquiries and support the delivery team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Communicate with drivers to manage delivery schedules




• Prepare delivery ticket selections using CUE
• Produce and adjust performance-related reports
• Review and update customer account delivery parameters
• Assist in training staff on delivery tools

Requirements:
• Experience in dispatching and logistics is preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Strong customer service skills required
• Familiarity with fleet dispatching is an asset
• Knowledge of Liquid Fuels Handling Code is beneficial
