Licensed Realtor - Client Experience & Transaction Management Are you a licensed Realtor who loves working with clients and navigating deals, but would rather focus on the part of real estate you enjoy most instead of constantly prospecting, generating leads, and building your own book of business?
We are a top-producing real estate team completing 70+ transactions annually, and we are looking for an experienced, client-focused Realtor to take ownership of the client experience from accepted offer through to closing.
In this role, you will become a trusted point of contact for our clients, guiding them through the transaction process and ensuring they feel informed, supported, and confident every step of the way. You’ll manage key milestones, coordinate with the various professionals involved, help navigate challenges, and provide the level of service our clients have come to expect.
This Is a Client-Facing Role - Not an Administrative Position We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with people, solving problems, communicating clearly, and keeping deals moving forward. You should be comfortable taking ownership of a transaction, anticipating issues before they arise, and confidently guiding clients through inspections,



negotiations, contracts, deadlines, and closing. You’ll have the support of an established team, proven systems, and administrative resources, but you will be the person our clients rely on to make sure their experience is exceptional.
