This role involves creating intricate programming codeplugs and servicing complex communications systems. You may also engage in regional travel and on-call hours as part of your commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:
• Install and support a range of wireless communication technologies
• Develop codeplugs with 12+ channels and trunking
• Advise clients on suitable equipment for their needs




• Provide excellent customer service throughout installations
• Collaborate with team members on technical solutions

Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years in a service technician capacity
• Skilled in RF diagnostics and programming
• Basic comprehension of blueprints and schematics
• Familiar with communications test equipment
• Valid driver's license and successful completion of background checks
