Join us as a Engineering Student for our Ottawa district, within our Canadian Buildings sectorfor 4 months starting January 2027. Depending on your assigned project as a Engineering Student , you will have the prospect to contribute to our team by:
Conducts deficiency walks.
Coordinates and supervises sub-trade work.
Takes and coordinates progress photos.
Tracks site progress and deficiencies.
Verifies site conditions and coordinates with drawings.
Coordinates, marks up and updates drawings.
Coordinates work specific scope and trades.
Conducts trade quote reviews by verifying material quantities, hours, and rates.
Inputs and updates deficiency logs.
Participates in project meetings.
Performs quantity take-offs.




Produces as-built drawings.
Sets-up and maintains record keeping.
Qualifications Self-motivation with a hands-on approach.
Prior field construction experience is considered an asset.
Working towards a degree or diploma in a civil engineering related field
Eligible to obtain and maintain, a Government of Canada security clearance at the Reliability Status level
A passion for working in a construction environment.
Experience with the application of various computer software programs, including word processing, spreadsheet applications and drafting.

The estimated salary range for this role is$21.25 to $30.00,based on your experience and qualifications. Final compensation will be confirmed as part of a personalized offer.
