This role focuses on generating leads, qualifying potential customers, and driving sales through phone and digital channels. You will be a key contributor to the sales pipeline, working closely with the field sales team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads. Key Responsibilities Generate new sales leads through proactive outreach via phone, email, and social media.
Qualify leads based on defined criteria to ensure they are viable prospects.
Educate potential customers on products and services, addressing inquiries and overcoming objections.
Schedule appointments and product demonstrations for the external sales team.




Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in the CRM system.
Achieve monthly targets for qualified leads and initial sales engagement.
Requirements Previous experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or a similar phone-based sales role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong ability to build rapport and engage effectively over the phone.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude.
Ability to work effectively in a team workplace.
