You will collaborate closely with both engineering and production teams, using your expertise in Electrical Engineering and experience in RF testing to solve complex challenges. Key Responsibilities:
• Support the launch of new products into manufacturing
• Improve production procedures for enhanced accuracy
• Conduct first article inspections and communicate results




• Initiate ECOs and assist with design approval processes
• Collaborate with Production Technicians to resolve technical challenges

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering
• Around 3 years of RF/high-frequency testing experience
• Familiarity with MRP systems and ECO workflows
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and Lean Manufacturing preferred
• Able to work on-site in Richmond, BC
