This Position Includes
Responsible for coordinating and supervising on-site commercial projects from start to finish.
Mentor apprentice plumbers / HVAC technicians.
Manage crews on multiple projects.
Qualifications
Journeyman Sheet Metal Worker or Plumber certification.
Safety training and certification.
Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work at a fast pace and under pressure.
Ability to lift heavy objects and endure manual labour.
References.
Display the ability to work alone and with a team.
Proven experience managing the in office portion of mechanical construction projects.
Proven experience managing a crew of mechanical contracting apprentices.
