As part of Cascade's Human Resources and Training department, the Workplace Coach/Instructor plays a vital role in shaping the careers of apprentices in various aviation trades. Utilizing strong communication and organizational skills, you implement effective training strategies that align with industry standards and regulatory requirements. You'll work collaboratively with supervisors to ensure apprentices gain practical insights in a supportive setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver training with diverse instructional methods and support tools
• Design and update course materials for technical instruction
• Assist in managing apprenticeship rotations and evaluations
• Coach Crew Leads and oversee apprentice assignments
• Identify development actions based on feedback surveys
Requirements:
• 5-10 years of technical experience on transport aircraft
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite
• Familiarity with safety and quality control regulations
• Excellent time management and attendance record
• Education in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering preferred
