At EveryMind, lead as the Supervisor of Clinical Services with a focus on youth counselling. This full time role is pivotal for guiding clinicians to provide excellent mental health care for young clients in Peel.
You will be responsible for the successful operation of the Counselling and Therapy Program. This includes clinical leadership, staff supervision, and ensuring high standards of individualized care. Your insights will drive program development while collaborating with the management team to achieve broader organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide oversight of clinical treatment and philosophy
• Supervise and develop youth counselling clinicians
• Regularly review and update treatment plans for clients
• Manage program budgets, staffing,
and operational workflows
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Requirements:
• Master’s in social work, counselling, or related discipline
• 3-5 years of experience, with supervisory responsibility
• Strong understanding of mental health resources for youth
• Excellent communication and networking skills
• Valid Ontario Driver’s license and criminal record check
