We are searching for a qualified Building Maintenance Worker to join our team on a permanent basis. This role requires at least two years of experience and encompasses adjustments to systems including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC. Candidates should also perform routine maintenance, manage supply inventories, and handle requests for repairs from residents.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform minor repairs on heating, cooling and electrical systems
• Conduct daily inspections of building systems for upkeep
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment needed for repairs




• Provide assistance to skilled tradespersons and coordinate housing unit preparations
• Ensure all security and safety measures are in place

Requirements:
