Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and guide Family Services team members

• Enhance partnerships with prevention teams and community agencies
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work (BSW) required
• Three years' experience in family or child protection services
• Knowledge in delegated authority decision-making
• Proven ability to mentor and support staff
• Valid Class 5 BC Driver’s License and explicit background checks
