Under the guidance of Clinical Managers, you will perform nursing functions according to CLPNA Standards, contributing to Wing Kei’s commitment to quality seniors care. Engage with interdisciplinary teams to advocate for clients' needs while providing significant cognitive and emotional support.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive assessments for care planning
• Develop and update individual care plans
• Process and evaluate physician’s orders efficiently
• Support clients in daily living and hygiene activities
• Engage in ongoing training to maintain service standards

Requirements:
• Current Licensed Practical Nurse Registration by CLHA
• CPR (BCLS) Certificate required
• Strong leadership and clinical assessment abilities
• Keen attention to detail and effective communication
• Flexibility for rotating shifts and Long Term Care experience preferred
