As a part of Fraser Health’s Work Design & Compensation team, you will be responsible for conducting job evaluations and classifications to enhance employee satisfaction. Ideal candidates will have a diploma in Human Resource Management, alongside three years of experience in compensation practices, particularly in union environments. You'll network with various stakeholders to ensure clear communication regarding compensation and classification strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support job evaluations and classification systems across the organization




• Facilitate compensation changes in line with agreements
• Perform audits and maintain data integrity for HR systems
• Engage in research to support compensation decisions
• Generate reports to enhance workforce insights

Requirements:
• Diploma in Human Resource Management
• Minimum of 3 years compensation experience
• Knowledge in job evaluation methods
• Advanced proficiency with MS Office applications
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
