Job Description

Ensure the supply and delivery of materials to the supported work areas.

Assist the operator in setting up Jumbo Bolters in work areas and perform basic maintenance tasks.

Maintain mine refuges, material bays, and fuel bays.

Operate equipment such as a material truck, Jeep, tractor, and wheel loader.

Follow, understand, and promote company policies and regulations, particularly those related to health and safety.

Perform all other duties related to the position as required.

Training & Experience

High school diploma and/or a combination of education and relevant experience.

0 to 2 years of experience in underground mining.

Completion of Mining Modules 1, 2, 3, 4, 5,



and 7.

Valid explosives permit and valid driver's license.

Bilingualism in French and English (an asset).

Skills and Competencies

Robust organizational skills.

Ability to work effectively in a team within a multicultural environment

Working Conditions

Eleonore mine site (fly-in, fly-out from Montreal, Chibougamau, Matagami, Rouyn-Noranda, Val D'Or and Wemindji)

Schedule: 14 working days followed by 14 days off
