Customer Service Representative
Contract Length: 12 Months
Work Type: 3 days in office (Mon/Tues/Thurs) and 2 days remote (Wed/Friday).
Schedule: 7h/day 8:30 am to 4:30 pm (1hour lunch)
Location: Gatineau, QC
Note: The primary pay rate is based on T4 classification; however, we will also consider applications from candidates interested in an INC classification, where applicable.
Job Overview
Enbridge Gaz Québec is seeking a detail‑oriented and customer‑focused Administrative Coordinator to support the administrative management of its non‑regulated activities. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining accurate records, supporting customer and contractor communications, and ensuring the efficient administration of rental equipment and related processes.
Key Responsibilities
Participate in the administrative management and day‑to‑day operations of Gaz Québec's non‑regulated activities.
Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from internal and external customers, installers, service contractors, and other stakeholders while fostering positive working relationships.
Accurately enter and maintain rental equipment data across multiple systems and databases.
Conduct timely follow‑up with customers and stakeholders to ensure requests and issues are resolved efficiently.
Review, analyze, and interpret various reports, identifying discrepancies and ensuring data accuracy.
Prepare, update, and maintain administrative records, documentation, and files as required.
Collaborate with internal teams to support operational and administrative objectives.
Perform a variety of other administrative and related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
High School Diploma required; a College Diploma is considered an asset.
Strong administrative, organizational, and data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a quick‑paced environment.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to review and interpret reports.
Proficiency with computer systems and administrative software applications.
Language Requirements
Must be fluent in French (spoken, written, and reading). This role requires frequent interaction with colleagues, stakeholders, contractors, and clients who may not speak French; a proficient level of English (spoken, written, and reading) is also required.
