The Peer Support Coordinator at Foundry Prince George will oversee programming for youth and families, providing essential support and guidance. Collaborate with the manager to implement peer programs while supervising and nurturing peer support staff.

Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate daily peer support activities and programming
• Mentor and manage support worker performance
• Ensure adherence to quality service standards
• Conduct ongoing program evaluation and improvement
• Establish community partnerships to enhance service delivery

Requirements:
• Education in Social Sciences or related field
• Five years of peer support experience, including supervision
• Experience with mental health and youth services
• Commitment to service integration and community wellness
• Transparent Criminal Record Check required before employment
