As part of the continuous improvement team, you will work closely with the Continuous Improvement Leader to spearhead change initiatives that enhance production processes. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and projects
• Conduct assessments and coach Bakery operators




• Analyze and share performance trends with leadership
• Develop strategies for process optimization
• Assist with capital improvements recommendations

Requirements:
• Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering
• Lean Six Sigma certification preferred
• Solid analytical and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office required
• Flexible availability for travel and shift work
