Key Responsibilities:
• Address employee grievances and facilitate investigations
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and collective agreements
• Develop and maintain relationships with leaders and unions
• Support conflict resolution and performance management
• Conduct exit and stay interviews to gather insights

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or relevant field
• 3-5 years of experience in human resources
• Background in employee relations and mental health settings
• Knowledge of HR legislation and best practices
• Strong analytical and communication skills
