In this critical role, you will support the Tertiary Mental Health Regional Support team in coordinating referral systems for various client groups. Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate referral access for youth and adults
• Assess and maintain patient bed occupancy
• Provide consultations to Mental Health teams
• Serve on quality improvement committees
• Evaluate access and discharge policies

Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited school
• Two years of relevant experience with mental health cases
• Current BCCSW registration
• Valid BC Driver’s License for travel
• Comprehensive understanding of diverse populations’ needs
