In this critical role, you will support the Tertiary Mental Health Regional Support team in coordinating referral systems for various client groups. By effectively monitoring policies and guiding teams, you will help ensure timely services to those facing mental health and substance use issues. Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate referral access for youth and adults
• Assess and maintain patient bed occupancy
• Provide consultations to Mental Health teams
• Serve on quality improvement committees
• Evaluate access and discharge policies
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited school
• Two years of relevant experience with mental health cases
• Current BCCSW registration
• Valid BC Driver’s License for travel
• Comprehensive understanding of diverse populations’ needs
