Aeromag is on the lookout for a Payroll Specialist to handle comprehensive payroll operations within our Corporate team. You will be instrumental in validating payroll transactions, managing employee records, and ensuring compliance with legislation. This role also involves preparing payroll analytics for multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
• Process payroll for salaried and hourly employees
• Validate payroll data and manage deductions
• Handle administration for seasonal payroll
• Prepare detailed payroll reports and reconciliations
• Provide timely responses to payroll inquiries

Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years of payroll experience
• Certification as Payroll Compliance Practitioner (PCP) or similar
• Expertise in ADP Workforce Now software
• Knowledge of payroll processes in Canada, USA, and UK
• Bilingual communication skills (English and French)
