Contribute to lives as a Mental Health & Addiction Treatment Support Worker with EHN Canada in Fort Steele, BC. This position is focused on compassionate care and patient support.

You’ll collaborate with clinical staff to ensure effective treatment outcomes for patients. Your role includes teaching life skills, facilitating vital discussions, and ensuring safety throughout the facility. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide life skills training to clients
• Lead therapeutic and community meetings
• Support patients during times of emotional distress
• Drive clients as required for therapeutic needs
• Conduct rounds and document patient activities

Requirements:
• Health Care Worker education or related experience
• Grade 12 or equivalent diploma required
• Clear Criminal record check from the Ministry of Justice
• Valid Class 5 Drivers License, Class 4 preferred
• Proficiency in communication and understanding directions
