Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate daily operations of your sector
• Enforce quality support and standards in production
• Identify and standardize key operational processes
• Monitor and report on key productivity indicators
• Promote teamwork and maintain open communication
Requirements:
• Degree in engineering or relevant diploma with experience
• Proven management and leadership skills
• Excellent organizational talent with technical knowledge
• Adaptable and results-oriented with minimal supervision
• Bilingualism in English and French is an asset
