This role requires a CHRP Designation, complemented by over 3 years of experience in front-line HR roles. You will be responsible for managing benefits administration, leave policies, and WSIB matters, while conducting thorough workplace investigations. Your expertise will directly impact employee satisfaction and operational efficiency within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee employee relations and manage workplace investigations
• Administer leave policies and perks effectively
• Manage WSIB administration and return-to-work strategies
• Ensure compliance with HR regulations and policies
• Support management in employment-related decisions
Requirements:
• CHRP Designation required
• At least 3 years of relevant HR experience
• Capable of managing a workforce of 1000+ employees
• Intermediate knowledge of Excel
• Proven focus on employee relations and compliance
