Empower individuals facing mental health challenges as a Mental Health Nurse at Ontario Shores. Provide vital evidence-based therapies and consultations for clients with diverse needs, primarily focusing on Anxiety and Mood Disorders.

As a registered nurse, you will utilize your formal training in CBT and IPT to deliver effective clinical assessments and treatments within an outpatient setting. Engage with multidisciplinary teams to support individual and group therapies, case management, and community education. This role requires creativity and initiative in tackling challenging scenarios.

Key Responsibilities:
• Execute clinical assessments and establish evidence-based treatments
• Lead individual and group therapy sessions




• Offer consultative support to clients and community partners
• Manage case planning and provide community outreach
• Conduct psychoeducational sessions for clients

Requirements:
• Current registration with the College of Nurses
• 3-5 years of relevant psychiatric experience
• Knowledge of Canadian mental health policies and standards
• Demonstrated competence in therapeutic modalities
• Solid interpersonal and communication skills
