As a coordinator, you will work with a team to ensure project milestones are met while adhering to budgetary guidelines. Your strong communication skills will be instrumental in managing relationships and addressing client inquiries. You'll assist in compiling project schedules, attending meetings, and performing essential construction administration tasks to ensure success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate on project delivery with project managers
• Manage and review ongoing project tasks
• Liaise with site inspectors for activity coordination
• Maintain accurate records for all projects
• Prepare for and attend internal and external meetings
Requirements:
• Mechanical building services experience preferred
• Degree or diploma in a related engineering program
• Familiarity with HVAC and other systems
• Outstanding teamwork and communication ability
• Proficient in MS Office tools
