Join Hollyburn Family Services as a Full time Support Worker in Surrey to impact the lives of youth and children in need. Your compassionate care will foster a nurturing therapeutic environment.

Reporting to the Program Supervisor, this role is centered on the well-being of residents. You will engage in direct support, help develop individualized care plans, and maintain open communication with stakeholders. Collaborating with a dedicated team, you will facilitate personal development and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
• Participate in creating assessments and support plans
• Maintain documentation and community communication
• Support individuals with hygiene and daily tasks




• Organize recreational and educational activities
• Attend meetings and contribute to program development

Requirements:
• Educational background in child and youth care (diploma preferred)
• Experience with behavioral challenges required
• Must hold First Aid, CPR, and Mandt certifications (training provided)
• Valid BC Class 5 Driver's License required
• Must be 19 years or older
