About the Role Our client is seeking a detail-oriented HR Administrator with a specialization in Payroll to support their operations in Kimberley . This role is critical for ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll for all employees, as well as providing general HR administrative support. You will manage payroll data, liaise with payroll providers, and ensure compliance with payroll regulations. Key Responsibilities Process monthly payroll accurately and efficiently, ensuring all inputs are verified.
Manage employee payroll data, including new hires, terminations, and changes.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations and statutory payroll requirements.
Prepare payroll reports for management and relevant government bodies.
Administer employee perks related to payroll, such as UIF and COIDA.




Provide general HR administrative support as needed.
Requirements Matriculation or equivalent qualification.
Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll administration or a related HR administrative role.
Proficiency in payroll software and MS Excel.
Good understanding of South African payroll regulations and tax laws.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
