This role involves a range of responsibilities focused on servicing facility mechanical and electrical systems. Ideal candidates will have at least 3 years of experience and possess a strong commitment to safety and client satisfaction. You will ensure uninterrupted operations while adhering to established safety protocols and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot facility equipment and systems proactively
• Execute routine and on-demand maintenance services
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards




• Document and manage work orders for effective service
• Assist in facility-related projects and tool maintenance

Requirements:
• Trades training or certification with a high school diploma
• 3+ years of HVAC or similar systems experience
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems
• Proven troubleshooting and mentoring abilities
• Valid driver’s license and ability to work shifts
