This pivotal role focuses on managing childcare operations, covering for Centre Directors, and delivering high-quality childcare services across multiple sites. Robust leadership in staff development, organizational support, and community engagement are essential to promote a positive workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide coverage for Centre Directors in their absence
• Support operational, budgetary, and marketing activities




• Ensure compliance with Kepler standards and regulations
• Mentor and develop staff with career planning
• Maintain strong communication and relationships with families

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in Early Childhood education
• Previous management experience required
• Child Development Supervisor Certificate, Level 3
• Strong knowledge of licensing regulations
• Valid Standard First Aid Certificate
