Become a Facilities Maintenance Helper with MacLean Engineering in Barrie, Ontario, working Afternoon or Weekend Shifts. The role includes a variety of tasks from cleaning to maintenance project support.
As a key member of the maintenance team, you will manage custodial tasks, assist with snow removal, and participate in various projects under the supervision of the Facilities Lead Hand. This position calls for an adaptable individual who values teamwork and safety in a manufacturing setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Remove and recycle waste materials as needed
• Operate cleaning and maintenance machinery
• Conduct snow removal and maintain outdoor areas
• Collaborate on construction and maintenance projects
• Implement 5S housekeeping standards continuously
Requirements:
• Completion of High School Education required
• One year or more in a relevant maintenance role
• Valid driver’s license required for supply pickups
• Forklift operation experience beneficial
• Fall-arrest training is advantageous
