Become a Culturally Responsive Child & Youth Worker with Dilico in Thunder Bay, ON, focusing on holistic care for vulnerable families. This role is designed to support children's unique emotional and cultural needs.

As part of the counselling services, your task involves providing direct support through a variety of interventions, including case management, individual counselling, and group programming. You'll work closely with families and community partners to create trauma-informed care plans, fostering resilience and healthy relationships. This position is rooted in building trust and collaboration among clients and their communities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide direct counselling and behavioural support services
• Develop and coordinate tailored support plans




• Work with families and multidisciplinary teams

Requirements:
• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in relevant areas
• A minimum of two years' experience required
• Valid Class G Driver’s License and vehicle access
• Complete a Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Search
• First Aid/CPR certification or readiness to attain
