Key Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for diverse roles
• Develop sourcing strategies using various channels
• Guide hiring managers on candidate assessments
• Manage job postings and ensure accuracy in descriptions
• Advocate for an excellent candidate experience
Requirements:
• University degree or college diploma in Human Resources
• Minimum 3 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment
• Familiarity with HRIS and applicant tracking systems
• Solid knowledge of Canadian employment legislation
• CHRP designation is an asset
