Lightcliffe Academy invites applications for a Behaviour Support Worker. The role focuses on supporting students with behaviour in lessons and around school, and leading sessions in The Hub to promote reflection and restorative conversations.
The successful candidate will supervise detentions, build positive relationships with vulnerable students and families, and contribute to the academy's supportive Christian ethos within Abbey MAT. 37 hours per week, term-time style.
