Lead transformative Lean initiatives as a Continuous Improvement Manager in Supply Chain. Optimize processes and collaborate with teams for significant operational advancements.

In this role, the Supply Chain Program Manager will focus on executing Lean and continuous improvement strategies within manufacturing and supply chain operations. Leveraging your expertise in process analysis, you will conduct hands-on Gemba walks and kaizen events to drive waste elimination and enhance efficiency throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
• Drive Lean initiatives to improve operational processes
• Lead cross-departmental collaboration to streamline workflows
• Conduct Gemba walks and root cause analyses for improvements




• Support digital transformation aligning operations with ERP/MRP
• Establish and track KPIs to measure success and excellence

Requirements:
• Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Manufacturing, or similar
• At least 5 years’ experience in supply chain improvement
• Proficient with Lean methodologies and value stream mapping
• Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems, Oracle preferred
• Expertise in engaging and influencing stakeholders effectively
