We invite applications from Registered Nurses or Registered Psychiatric Nurses who possess a minimum of three years of recent long term care experience. You will be responsible for conducting assessments and implementing care plans, while promoting a cooperative atmosphere among team members. Your communication and critical thinking skills will be vital in adapting to the diverse needs of residents and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assess residents and adjust care strategies accordingly
• Provide hands-on nursing care to residents




• Maintain effective communication across the healthcare team
• Mentor other nursing staff and facilitate training
• Collaborate in individualizing resident care plans

Requirements:
• Registration with BC College of Nurses and Midwives
• 3 years of experience in a long term care setting
• Education in gerontology preferred
• Robust skills in communication and leadership
• Flexibility for rotating day and evening shifts
