The Agro Supervisor will report directly to the Location Manager and will be responsible for operational management in alignment with Westview Co-op’s Core Values. You will guide team engagement, ensure the effective operation of the Agro Department, and promote safety throughout the team. • Foster a culture of safety and adherence to health programs
• Deliver skilled, people-first service to members
• Direct team members in performance management activities
• Manage scheduling and inventory effectively
• Conduct administrative tasks and oversee financial accountability
Requirements:
• Prior supervisory experience preferred
• Agro retail knowledge is a plus
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
• Valid Class 5 driver's license required
• Ability to handle heavy lifting tasks
